Ethics Test Series / Case Studies
Introduction
Scoring well in Ethics paper (GS-IV) is mandatory for getting into final list and getting one’s desired service.
In this paper, there can be multiple ways to answer a particular question and all of them might be right. Aspirants are often confused about how to answer ethics questions. Given this subjectivity and confusion pertaining to this paper, it becomes challenging to come up with a convincing framework for answer writing.
Overall, scoring in ethics paper is a game of keywords, awareness about self, and ability to project oneself as an individual who is pragmatic and productive while being committed to personal and professional ethics.

- Human Values – lessons from the lives and teachings of great leaders, reformers and administrators; role of family, society and educational institutions in inculcating
- Ethical issues in international relations and funding; corporate governance.
- Probity in Governance: Concept of public service; Philosophical basis of governance and probity;
- Information sharing and transparency in government, Right to
- Information, Codes of Ethics, Codes of Conduct, Citizen’s charter
