Kazakhstan to announce it will join Abraham Accords, says U.S. official

Kazakhstan will announce that it is joining the Abraham Accords on Thursday, a senior U.S. official said, in a largely symbolic move as the country already has ties with Israel. U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff earlier said that a new country would join the accords, under which four Arab nations have normalised ties with Israel. AFP
