Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase/enrol, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your course / product must not be used more than 10%.
Several types of courses are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable courses / products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of enrolment / purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any course / product that is returned more than 7 days after enrolment is not eligible for return.
You may forward your return request by email at firstname.lastname@example.org under the caption / subject “Refund request”.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

email@example.com under the caption / subject “Refund not received”.
Courses at Discounted price (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately courses enrolled at discounted price cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Change of the course / product enrolled / purchased by you within 7 days to some other course / product which is live at our website is allowed provided the fee of the intended course is not less than the enrolled / purchased course. If you need to change such course / product, send us an email with all relevant details at firstname.lastname@example.org under the caption / subject “Request to change the Course”.
If the course / product was marked as a gift when purchased and you are enrolled as a student for the said course / product, you are not eligible to return the same.
If the course / product wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had directly enrolled you as a student and you intend to return the same, then in such case normal return terms of policy will be applicable.
