Virtual Buildathon contest for school students by Education Ministry

Students in Classes 6 to 12 in six lakh schools across the country are being invited to participate in the virtual Viksit Bharat Buildathon, 2025 contest by the Union Education Ministry in October 2025.
Students who come up with ideas and products with a focus on self-reliance, indigenous knowledge, and sustainability that can help India reach its goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047 will be awarded from a ₹1-crore prize money pool.
The goal of the initiative is to bring together children from all six lakh government and private schools in the country to develop ideas
