Madhya Pradesh CM lays foundation stone for Adani Group’s defence factory in Shivpuri

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia laid the foundation stone for a defence manufacturing plant of the Adani Group being built in Shivpuri district.
The unit, a missile and propellant manufacturing facility, is being set up by the Adani Defence and Aerospace, a subsidiary of the Adani Group, at a cost of ₹2,500 crore.
Addressing a public event for the ceremony, Mr. Yadav said that that the unit will provide employment to more than 4,000 people in the region.
